The design of the runner;

 ②: The thickness of the mold, because the rubber injection machine has a minimum stroke (opening distance), so the design of the mold must be greater than the minimum stroke of the equipment;

 ③: The product lacks glue, air pockets, etc., because the product is a direct rubber raw material Compression molding, so it must be considered whether the parting surface needs to be added to the sharp corners or undercut parts of the product;

 ④: Product unloading, such as the middle plate is designed as a whole structure, in the case of a large number of cavities, the unloading of the product needs to be considered.

 ⑤: The selection of parting surface, the selection of mold parting surface should avoid the product sticking to the upper and lower templates, which will affect the unloading time; 

⑥: The design of the runner should consider the balance of the flow of the rubber. Avoid too much difference in the length of the runner, which will affect the injection effect.
